A sweet Valentine sucker?

Okay that probably isn't the best title!

I have a Valentine card to share today, that really isn't from a valentine set!

I used the new {ipptiy} release "it sucks to get old"! "The suckers"or "lollipops" plus
one sentiment are in the birthday set, however I used the sentiment from our last {ipptiy} release of "sweet on you" (the image is a tower of cupcakes!yummy!) and turned this image into one for Valentines Day!
The image of the suckers/ lollipops was done with copics both the sketch and the atyou glitter pens. I then covered them with ranger distress rock candy for some shine and glitter. I know it is hard to see in this photo.
I used spellbinders hearts to cute the main heart and then traced around the outside of the heart die and cute it out so that I could have a mat.
The dp is from MME lime twist, the red is from 12x12 sheet that I had cut down, and unfortunately I didn't have the name.
I did use my crop-a-dial to round the edges. The ribbon and buttons are from my stash.

On the inside of the card I used the same ribbon that is on the front, only this time I stamped the sentiment "I am sweet on you" using memento black tuxedo ink all the way across. The "be mine Valentine" is from Unity set "city of love".

Thankyou for stopping by! I hope that you like what I did with these sets! The {ipptiy} and Unity sets work so well together!

And if you haven't checked out the sale on the Unity website you should! Angela has put several of the past {ipptiy} sets on sale in celebration of this months New Release,as well as all the past kits from one of the new illustrators,Phyllis Harris!

Have a great week!
Hugs,

Mary
