I used both the oval nestabilities as well as the long rectangles for the 3 panels. I gave them dimension buy using pop dots. The flourish rhinestones are from Basic Gray and the orange rhinestones from Hero Arts. The dp is both Echo Parks and         Bo Bunny. I did use the clear star glitter pen on the stars to give them a shimmer affect.

A sweet Valentine sucker?

Okay that probably isn't the best title!

I have a Valentine card to share today, that really isn't from a valentine set!

I used the new {ipptiy} release "it sucks to get old"! "The suckers"or "lollipops" plus
one sentiment are in the birthday set, however I used the sentiment from our last {ipptiy} release of "sweet on you" (the image is a tower of cupcakes!yummy!) and turned this image into one for Valentines Day!
The image of the suckers/ lollipops was done with copics both the sketch and the atyou glitter pens. I then covered them with ranger distress rock candy for some shine and glitter. I know it is hard to see in this photo.
I used spellbinders hearts to cute the main heart and then traced around the outside of the heart die and cute it out so that I could have a mat.
The dp is from MME lime twist, the red is from 12x12 sheet that I had cut down, and unfortunately I didn't have the name.
I did use my crop-a-dial to round the edges. The ribbon and buttons are from my stash.

On the inside of the card I used the same ribbon that is on the front, only this time I stamped the sentiment "I am sweet on you" using memento black tuxedo ink all the way across. The "be mine Valentine" is from Unity set "city of love".

Thankyou for stopping by! I hope that you like what I did with these sets! The {ipptiy} and Unity sets work so well together!

And if you haven't checked out the sale on the Unity website you should! Angela has put several of the past {ipptiy} sets on sale in celebration of this months New Release,as well as all the past kits from one of the new illustrators,Phyllis Harris!

Have a great week!
Hugs,

Mary

A New Release! And a Unity Sale!

Hello Everyone!

Angela has a GREAT SALE going on to celebrate!
Several of the past releases from {ippity} are on sale,as well as Phyllis Harris sets and Unity Past kits of the month! (No additional discounts can be taken.)
Some of my favorite {ippity} sets are among those that are marked down! Like "Sing a New Song"(12$), "Farm Fresh"(14$) and "Here and Now" (just 15$)! :D
Just remember to click on my picture and you will be able to order your {ippity} stamps right along with your Unity purchases as well! And did you know that Unity is now carrying distress inks by Tim Holtz? They do! as well as a few other products for your stamping needs!

Okay, now on to my card that I have to share with you today!

The New Release called "birthday girl" !
The papers I used were from MME 6x6 pack "Dwell",and the green is from Echo Park. The image was done on GinaK Ivory Pure Luxury.
One of the things that I LOVE about this set is that it comes with 2 sentiments! One is perfect for the front of the card, while the "you are fabulous" works great for the inside! Of course you can use it all by itself as well!
I hope you like it!
Be sure to stop by the Unity site for all the sales! And remember to click on my picture if there is {ippity} that you would like to purchase while you are there. Of course you can still order straight from me if you would like! Just send me an e-mail to maryscreativejourney@gmail.com!

A Masculine Birthday Card!

Hi Everyone!

Well I don't know about all of you,but I most of the time have a hard time with Masculine cards.
I guess when I can't add bling and flowers I don't know what to do! lol

However, when I bought this stamp from Unity it made this card quite easy! Especially because my Brother is a big Jeep guy! So I thought this would be perfect for him!

I did paper piece the jeep to give it a little dimension and used glossy accents to give the illusion of glass on the windshield. The craft paper is from GinaK,the dp is from a 6x6 pad of MME,twine from i {heart} papers, and the buttons are doodlebug designs that i was able to get on one of those deal of the day sites! ;)

I hope you like it!
Thank you for stopping by,I really appreciate it!

Blessings and Hugs,

Mary
