Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to pop in and say Hello! And a wish that you all had a very Merry Christmas and that your New Year will be full of many Blessings!

I also want to apologize for being gone from my blog for so long.
We were gone the first week of December,my Husband had a conference that we attended, and when we got back, one of our fur babies took a turn for the worse.
I know I asked for prayers for him back in Sept. when he started having seizures. We had hoped that it was epilepsy and not a tumor. Things had been good, then the seizures started again,we hoped it was his weight gain and not enough of a blood level of phenobarb. It was a hard time in which we had to realize it was a tumor. We had to let him go just before Christmas.
He was a special, special boy. He found us,and helped us through so many difficulties in our lives.
It has been hard because we miss him so much. Even our other 2 fur babies miss him.

To honor him we plan one rescuing another after the first of the year. My daughter is having a really rough time not having someone on her bed at night.
Crazy isn't it how they become so much a part of the family, or at least for us they do.

Well on to happier things!
I will be back to posting later this week, and next week I am being featured as an {ippity} blossom! I am so excited, and I have a few projects to share with all of you!

Till then,
Happy New Year!

Blessings and Hugs,

Angel and cooper (the little white fluffy thing!)
Angel was a Husky and Shepard mix. The most gentle dog you would ever want to meet!

  1. Oh Mary...I'm so sorry for your loss. Big hugs to you and your family. It's so awesome that you're going to rescue a new pup. I can't wait to see pictures!

  2. So sorry for your loss, I know how hard it is. I'm glad to hear you will be rescuing another, one lucky pup! I missed your blog posts!

  3. Thank you so much for visiting my blog Mary. I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Our kitty has lung cancer and we too are facing tough times ahead. My prayer is that she passes quietly in her sleep. We will miss her dreadfully. She will be 14 if she makes it to her birthday in March. Wishing you many blessings for the coming year. Hugs, Jerri
